Rex-adopted!

Are you looking for a soft, cuddly and loving yellow Lab to be your forever friend?  Well stop where you are and check out Rex!  He is all of these things and more!  Rex is an adult Labrador Retriever, white to yellow in color with those distinguished black markings around his eyes.  He probably weighs 70+ lbs, and is moderately active.  Rex is the kind of dog that is willing to play, but is also happy just exploring or napping.  Whatever he is doing -- he does
it with an enormous smile and a wagging tongue.  Speaking of smiles, Rex has a gorgeous set of pearly whites!

Rex appears to get along well with dogs both male and female.  We aren't sure yet about cats.  He is so laid back that he'd probably get used to them with time if not sooner.  He is a mature dog in that he's come into his own, and does not have the desire to chew or be destructive.

Rex rides well in the car and appears to have walked on a leash before.  He really is the "complete package" and he would love the opportunity to complete your family or for someone that is more of a "novice" dog owner.

Adopted, April 2004.
