Poncho-adopted!

Meet Poncho, our newest cutie pie in need of a loving home.  He's a male, Golden Retriever mix (we think mixed with Aussie or another herding breed) and just take a look at those gorgeous amber eyes. What a show stopper he is --he's as soft and cuddly as he is sweet.

Poncho is a puppy aged around 8 mos and when fully grown could be 60-70 lbs.  Since he's a puppy he's pretty much a clean slate, so we're looking for a family that has the time, patience and kind leadership needed to guide Poncho through those teenage years he's about to embark on.  He will need consistent training, exercise and good home care keeping his coat from getting matted.

Poncho is mostly a quiet, timid boy but his face lights up when he sees a tennis ball.  Although he's not an experienced  "fetcher" he will chew and play by himself. This kind of diversion will come in handy (think chewing phase) He also needs to gain some experience walking on leash.

Poncho has his whole life ahead of him just waiting for a loving human to guide him along.  Could you be the one?
