If we didn't know any better, we'd
say Milk Dud has done some posing for the camera in his past life!
Check him out -- all confident in front of the camera.....
Moving on to what we do know about
Milk Dud -- he's a smaller, young male Lab mix. Our hunch is that he
is a cross of a Chocolate Lab and Chesapeake Bay Retriever. He has
the lighter brown coloring of a Chessie, but the texture is more
Labrador-like. Either way, this boy is just too cute and if pedigree
isn't important, but temperament and character are, then consider
Milk Dud.
And boy does Milk Dud have
character. Well, that is what we are calling it. See, Milk Dud has a
slight deformity on one of his ears. It looks as if its always
tucked back when in fact part of the flap is missing. Not a big deal
really -- we think its rather fetching and adds to his already
endearing personality.
So enough about Milk Dud's outer
chocolatey shell, lets talk about what's on the inside! This boy is
a sweetheart! He came from a local pound where he was happily
sharing a kennel run with another dog (a plus if you are looking for
a mate for a current dog right?) We think he kept getting passed on
due to his ear. Too bad for its such a small thing in the big
picture.
We know there's a family out there
for Milk Dud just waiting to welcome him home. What you will get in
return is a fun loving, playful boy, ready to greet you each morning
with that cute grin and be your devoted pal forever.
