Miles-adopted!


Hello.  My name is Miles and I am just 3 years old.  I'm a male/neutered Yellow Labrador Retriever and I weigh about 70 pounds.  I am looking for a family with at least one stay-at-home "parent."  I do not like to be alone all day...but if you'd like an evening out that's fine by me.  If you have kitties please pass me by because I simply can't resist furry little creatures...especially when they want to play tag!   

I love to play with other dogs, but I usually wind up kinda low on the totem pole...so if you already have an easygoing dog or no dog at all that's great...I'd love to be your one and only!  I love to run, walk and exercise, but I also know how to wind down and be quiet like a good couch potato.  I do not have any experience with children but I am kind and gentle and think that I'd enjoy a home with well-mannered children age 9+, or adults only.  

I am very well behaved in the house, will let you know when a stranger approaches the door, but will heartily welcome your guests.  I'm not a fussy eater...but I do like to eat healthy.  I must also tell you that I occasionally have small seizures and may need medication in the future.  Otherwise my health is excellent, I am energetic, trim, and fast on my feet.  I also communicate well.  

The words, come, sit, down, stay, wait, off, and cookie all have clear meaning to me!  I just love thick cushy beds and will sleep on yours or on my own...which ever you prefer.  Did I mention that I am drop dead gorgeous?   If you'd like an affectionate dog who always wants to please and stay right by your side...then what are you waiting for?
