Licorice-adopted!

	Licorice is a very loveable, adult, male, black Lab. Initially he presents as a shy boy, but once he gets to know you he wallows in attention. He is well behaved and mellow indoors and playful outside. Licorice spent the first 3 years of his life with two young girls (5 and 8 at the time of his adoption 3 years ago) he was then and continues to be, great with them. He has also spent time with neighboring kids of a variety of ages. Licorice knows how to chill out and not be too feisty when inside with his humans. He also enjoys being close to his family, enjoying some head and body scratches. When outside, Licorice loves to run around and play fetch. He does need some leash training however. At this time we are unsure how Licorice would do around a cat. Licorice has been surrendered back to ARF from the family that adopted him from us 3 years ago, and he will continue to live with his current family until a new home is found. The decision to re-home Licorice has nothing to do with him or anything he did. There just isn't enough time for him now due to work and travel. Licorice is a fine boy and we all know that he will find a wonderful home where he can spend much more time with his humans whether its chilling out inside being a part of a family, or enjoying the outdoors which he loves so much.
