Kempo-adopted!

We have Kempo as a paired dog to a yellow female Lab (Ripley) who suddenly passed shortly after we got her into rescue.   Kempo is an owner surrendered to ARF, due to a consolidated move of the family.

Kempo is a young Australian mix (possibly with Border Collie).  As you see, Kempo is a striking red color with merle eyes.  Kempo is very bright and eager to learn with such a sparkle in his eyes.  He is leash trained, responds to basic commands and even knows some tricks (check the cookie on his paw in the picture below) .

Kempo is well socialized with other dogs and people.  And due to his recent loss of Ripley, Kempo might really enjoy a doggie playmate.  He has lived in a home with children (5 yo and up) and their friends.  He is well adjusted dog that loves to play  and enjoy family and friends.

Kempo would enjoy having a fun time with you.  He has the spirit and desire to learn and would also enjoy some agility sports for a good time.

Adopted April 2005
