I am a larger dog of about 80 lbs (more to love!) and you can rub my tummy and scratch my head as much as you want. I play really well with the male dog my foster family personally owns, and I am "politely interested" in their 3 cats (I don't chase them) Actually, there are times when I don't even notice the cats because what's really on my mind is the next swim session! Yes, my foster family has a pool and I love swimming. My other favorite activities are chasing tennis balls, or trotting around the house carrying something in my mouth. Now if this certain something in my mouth happens to be your shoe, I will gladly give it up because I have good manners, and I am not destructive. 

I'm what you'd call a "Chocolate Moose" -- a gentle giant of sorts. I don't counter surf, I don't jump on you, I walk well on a lead and I know a few basic commands. On top of all this (yes -- there's more!) I am happy to lay by your feet while you are on the computer or just relaxing. Because of my size (I'm a bigger Lab -- think English bred) I should still be placed in a home where children are at least 7 years old.
