Handbag - check. Cell phone - check. Oh, hi guys! It's me Fancy. I'm just making sure I have everything to start my new life. Seems I do, but I am missing a family.
Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I am a spayed female black Labrador Retriever that seems to favor a bit more of the European bred lineage. But I'm slightly smaller in stature. If I had to guess, I'd say I weighed about 65 lbs but the my ideal should be around 60-62 lbs. I am an adult, and a very composed one I might add. I ride quietly in the car either staring at my human, or curled up napping. You won't find me tearing through your house, or shredding my bedding -- no sir. I'm a lady and blankets are for laying on. I haven't gone on many walks with my new rescue just yet, but because I'm an adult, chances are I will walk politely beside you. I could be a consideration with kids 5 y/o and up, as well as a great companion for a senior citizen.

I'm a very loving lady that gives kisses on your hand. I love the feel of your hand on my head and I enjoy having my belly and body stroked. What I want most of all is to be cared for and to be a part of a family. I thought I had a family before -- guess I was wrong because they dropped me off at a shelter. I hear I was running out of time too!
