He absolutely LOVES water! He just jumped right into the pool and wouldn't come out till he was done swimming. He is already trained to enter and exit using the pool stairs. He would love a house with a pool, but will settle for a kiddie pool just for him.

I would not call him and indoor or an outdoor dog, he just loves to be where you are. He responds very well to no, and learns quickly what not to do. He is extremely eager to please and is very sorry when he does something wrong. He is not a barker, I have only heard him bark twice and he has a very soft bark. He is good in the car; he mostly just sleeps in the backseat, but loves car rides just the same. He enjoys sleeping on a dog bed and seems to have been trained not to be on furniture in his previous home, but will cuddle up to you on the bed if you put him up there. He seems to like to chase the ball, but has yet to bring it back. We are working on that. He is dog friendly, but needs time to adjust to new male dogs and eventually becomes submissive. He is child friendly and very tolerant. He did very well with my 18-month-old niece. He likes to give hugs and occasionally kisses too. He is definitely a cuddler and loves to be close to you. He loves to follow you around and is very loyal. He has the most beautiful face and as soon as you see those sweet eyes you'll just fall in love.

He is a beautiful boy that would do best in a home with a family who is home a lot or can take him with them as he becomes connected to his people and likes to spend as much time as possible by your side. He is an older dog, so he is past all of the puppy behaviors and is just ready to be your loving companion. There are more pictures available if you are interested.
