Aggie comes to us from a local
animal shelter. She had a family since birth but continued to find
ways out of their NOT very secure yard. Each time, she ended up at
the shelter until they finally said, "Enough." Her prior
family decided they would rather surrender her rather than add a bit
more security to their yard.
Now we have little Aggie, a young
female Labrador Retriever weighing about 60-65 lbs. She's a very
sweet girl that evidently lived with children in her past life. We
may consider her with kids but only those big enough and responsible
enough to keep front doors and gates closed and locked at all times.
The ideal family for her would be home quite a bit having the time
and desire to work with her and to be with her! Perhaps the life she
had previously wasn't all that great or she was bored! Either way, a
new home with love and attention would go a long way so Aggie has no
reason to want to leave.
So if you have a fence of 6' or
so, with locked side gates along with the motivation to work with
Aggie, please consider her. She's a dandy of a girl, cute as a
button, and has youth on her side! Aggie has what it takes to be a
real winner given that extra bit of training so she becomes a secure
and loved member of a family.
